First of all, if you are considering a return or refund, this likely means you have already ordered a product from us. And for that we owe you a big “thank you”! Nothing makes us happier than having happy customers. We promise to do our best to bring you great value and service and to make right any hiccups along the way. That said, here is what you need to know:
* Our policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
* You may cancel an order before it is processed.
* Please be considerate when placing your order to choose the correct size, color, etc. of your product to avoid any returns for exchanges.
* Please don’t send your products back to the manufacturer or to us unless we authorize you to do so.
* If there is an issue with your order, you need a refund, or return your product(s), please email us at [email protected].

All orders can be cancelled BEFORE they are processed and/or shipped. We are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped.
If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. You may be assessed a $5 cancellation fee to cover restocking fees and the charges assessed to us for refunds by the credit card companies. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds & Reshipments
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- you received the wrong item (evidence is needed);
- you didn’t receive your products within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 days for processing);
- the item is used, defective, or damaged (evidence is needed).
We do not issue refunds if:
- your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address);
- your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster);
- the item is not in its original condition, is used, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error (e.g. products damaged or altered by the customer);
- you do not want the product you have received.
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on our Contact Page, or by sending us an email at [email protected].
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your PayPal account or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We only provide store credit for items purchased with a discount.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned (e.g. perishable goods, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, some health and personal care items).
All items are subject to a $5 restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund.
We also do not refund the original shipping and handling fees you paid on the order (if your order didn’t come with free shipping).
Gift cards & Store credit
All items purchased with a gift card or store credit are not eligible for return or refund.
Gift cards and store credit cannot be exchanged or refunded.
If you would like to exchange your product (for the same one), you must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
* Prices on our website are for products and shipping costs only and do not cover import liabilities that may applied by the government of the destination country. We do not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country. Under no circumstance will we accept any orders back due to a rejection of customs charges. Orders cannot be returned to sender.
